We have a total of 3 machines sets. All order are done in a smoke-free, pet-free home. For larger order order over 100lbs they will be taken to a local laundromat. All Machines are are subjected to a monthly Deep clean as well as after every 10 load they preform a self clean feature.
Not to worry, your items can be placed in a normal trash bag and you can request a Laundry bag to be send back with your finished order

YES! however they need to be placed in a separate bag/garment bag and bought to the attention of your Bubble Queen during pickup.

No, there is not minimum or maximum order limit. however, I do advise if you have an order that is OVER 100 lbs. please let your Bubble Queen know and please allow an extra day to complete.
Yes, we can accommodate larger items like rugs and sleeping bags. The is an additional charge for large items
Your BubbleQueen’s next day service is $1.50/LB. Service include wash, dry, and fold. Pick up and delivery is free. The number back to provide does not change the per pound price. There’s no charge per bag; the charge is per pound. Same day service is $3/LB. Service includes wash, dry, and fold. Pick up and delivery service is free.
A holiday is considered any day that the Post office is closed and the Kids are out of school. So all Federal Holidays. There are a few Non federal holidays that is observed. however a text Notification will be send out ahead of time incase your Bubble Queen is not available

An average hamper of clothes weighs about 20 pounds. That might help you estimate the cost of your service. Or, simply weigh your laundry using a bathroom scale. First weigh yourself. Then weigh yourself holding each bag/hamper of laundry. Subtract one from the other and this will give you the weight of your laundry.
Once your order is complete you will be contacted with your order total.

NO I.O.U or Partial payments are allowed
As a new Bubble Queen Customer, you are entitled to a ONE TIME 10% discount off your FIRST order.
However, if you were to refer a friend, family or co-workers and they complete their first order. you will Receive a 10% discount on your next order as well. Referrals can be stacked to eventually receive a FREE Laundry order (weight 20lbs or less) that would consist of 10 referrals.
You must report any missing items within 24 Hours of deliver.
